Many libraries around the state have agreements the Brazil Public Library which allows their users access as long as they have active cards without fines at their home library. These are called reciprocal borrowers.

To apply for a reciprocal card, you will fill out a library card application and we will contact your home library to confirm your status. These cards are free of charge.
